Co-Founder & Leader of Sterling Companies
Chad is the Co-Founder and Leader of Sterling Companies, a leading transportation, repair, and staffing business based in Omaha and Blair, Nebraska. Established in 2005 in collaboration with his father, Lawrence Adams, Chad has played a pivotal role in steering the company towards success and growth.
With a rich background in companies like Goodyear, Conagra, and Cargill, Chad brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his leadership role at Sterling Companies. His commitment to delivering top-notch services, drive to succeed, and emphasis on teamwork align seamlessly with the company’s core values. Chad is known for fostering positive relationships, upholding safety standards, and promoting expertise within the organization. He loves helping clients succeed.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Chad is an avid football fan, with a particular passion for supporting the Nebraska Cornhuskers and Las Vegas Raiders. His interests also extend to outdoor activities, as evidenced by his love for tent camping in the mountains with his German Shepherd Raider and his ambition to complete an Ironman Triathlon. An Eagle Scout with a thirst for adventure, Chad has explored numerous national parks across the country, embodying a spirit of exploration and resilience in both his personal and professional pursuits.
